Guwahati & Pobitora: 5 Days/4 Nights

Day 1: Receiving and Sightseeing

On arrival our representative will receive you at the airport then we will go to your hotel to get refreshments. On the way to your hotel, you can visit the Deepor Bill and then towards your hotel.

After refreshments, you can go to Sankardev Kalakhetra to get knowledge about the rich culture of Assam and North East states.

In the evening proceed for Sunset cruise on the mighty river Brahmaputra (subject to weather & river conditions)

Your Night stay will be in Guwahati.

Day 2: Guwahati Local

Today after an early breakfast your day will start with Maa Kamakhya Temple at Nilachal Hill. It will take almost 3 hours to complete the Darshan with VIP tickets.

After Kamakhya Temple you can roam in nearby Temple of Kamakhya.

Then you can go to Umananda Island Temple, which is situated in the middle of the mighty river the Brahmaputra. It is also known as the smallest inhabited river island in the world.

It will take you around 2 hours to complete this trip.

Then you can go to Dighali Pukhuri / Kargil war memorial and to Assam state Museum.

If time permits you can also go to Guwahati Planetarium.

After full day Sightseeing, your Night stay will be in Guwahati.

Day 3: Excursion to Pobitora

Today after Breakfast your day will start for Pobitora Wild Life Sanctuary. It will take 2 hours to reach Pobitora.

Pobitora is known for ‘One Horned Rhinoceros’.

At Pobitora your group can do Jeep Safari.

During Jeep Safari generally, people get experience to see Rhinoceroses, Wild Buffalo, Wild Elephant, and many migratory birds.

After the excursion, your return journey will start for Guwahati. In the evening you can go to the Science Museum.

Your Night stay will be in Guwahati.

Day 4: Excursion to Sualkuchi and Hajo

Today after Breakfast your journey will start to explore Sualkuchi Village and Hajo Village. Sualkuchi is also known as the Weaving Village of Assam. Here you will get knowledge of Assamese Textile.

After Sualkuchi we will move towards Hajo Village. Hajo Village has his own historical value. There are many ancient Temple located in Hajo.

After full day Sightseeing, your return journey will start for Guwahati. Your Night stay will be in Guwahati.

Day 5: Departure

Today is your last day in Guwahati. The morning after Breakfast as per your interest we will go to ‘The Mati Center’.

At Mati Center, you will get experience with various handicrafts varieties. We will try to organize a workshop over there as per your interest.

We will drop you at the airport on time.
